Welcome to Hooc AI Technologies (“Hooc AI”, “we”, “us”). By utilizing our platform, services, proprietary APIs, 16+ patented AI engines, or the Hoocup AI Companion (hoocup.in), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Intellectual Property & Patents

Artificial Emotional Intelligence (AEI) as coined and defined by Hooc AI Technologies, Digital Human Intelligence (DHI), and our 16+ proprietary in-house neural engines constitute protected intellectual property and proprietary trade secrets. Unauthorized reverse engineering, model extraction, or replication of these architectures is strictly prohibited.

2. Permissible Use & Safe Alignment

You agree not to exploit Hooc AI systems or the Hoocup AI Companion for psychological manipulation, generation of unlawful content, harassment, or malicious automation designed to compromise human autonomy.

3. Enterprise & Research Licensing

Integration of our LangGraph multi-agent frameworks, AEI SDKs, or DHI avatar pipelines into commercial environments requires an authorized enterprise license granted directly by Hooc AI Technologies.
